Our Health and Safety Guide
The health, safety, and well-being of all attendees, staff, and speakers remain our top priority at PyHo 2025. We are committed to creating a secure and welcoming environment for everyone throughout the conference.
PyHo 2025 will strictly adhere to all local health and safety guidelines, ensuring the implementation of good hygiene practices and encouraging attendees to stay home if unwell. Further details and on-site safety protocols will be shared closer to the event date.
Masking Up
We encourage all attendees to stay updated with their COVID-19 vaccinations. While masks are not mandatory, the conference team advises the use of face coverings, especially when indoors or in crowded spaces where social distancing may not be possible.
If You Feel Unwell
If you experience any signs of illness, we kindly urge you to stay at home and prioritize your health. Your well-being and that of others is very important to us.
Please stay alert for any of the following symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Cough or sore throat
- Shortness of breath or trouble breathing
- Body aches and pains
- Headache, nasal congestion, or conjunctivitis
- Diarrhea or nausea
- Loss of taste or smell
- Skin rash or discoloration of fingers/toes
If You Need Help or Feel Unwell During the Conference
If you begin to feel unwell at the venue or require any kind of medical assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

- For severe symptoms or emergencies: Seek immediate medical attention. Our on-site team will assist promptly.
- For COVID-19-related information: Refer to the Ghana Health Service hotline or local health officials.
